About SMHA
We are a non-profit organization which works for the development and education of the game of hockey. With approximately 600 players from Initiation to Midget, we strive for excellence in the fundamentals of the sport.
Our two home arenas, Ardrossan and Fultonvale (Strathcona Olympiette Centre - SOC), are located east of Sherwood Park, Alberta, in Hockey Alberta's Zone 7.
Our player boundaries are;
South of Highway 16;
North of Twp Road 510;
East to Range Road 205; and
West tothe defined urban services area as described by Strathcona County.
